Artisan wine - CASA GRAS , Tempranillo - Syrah, 2017

The vines are already mature at age 17. After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is aged for 2 months in wooden barrels before being bottled.

Tempranillo (50%) gives wine a full-body quality, full of character, while Syrah (50%) adds color intensity and complexity of aromas and flavours. A wine to enjoy on any ocassion, with a nice food or on its own. It matches perfectly with red and white meats on barbecue or roasted chicken.
